Orders & Shipping

We're currently hosting a booth at a travel agent event! All orders placed this week will ship out on Thursday, September 30th. Thank you for understanding.

Once your order has shipped, it will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

*Our business days are Monday through Friday and we are closed on all federal holidays.

If you have specific date your purchase is needed by, please list it in the “order notes” section in your cart or send us an email at hello@tabijetsets.com. We will try our very best to deliver by that date. Please note that unforeseen circumstances can occur, therefore we cannot guarantee arrivals ON a specific date and need-by dates are not guarantees.

Of course! The shopping cart contains a check box to “ship to multiple addresses”. Once the ship to multiple addresses selection has been made the page will refresh for the information to be input.

Most hotels will accept shipments for guests staying on premises. We suggest that you call the hotel to inquire prior to placing the order. Tabi Jet Sets does not take on the responsibility of verifying shipping addresses, including confirmation of acceptance of shipments at hotels.

Yes! Once your order has finished processing, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will contain a link to the tracking information.

We recommend that you double check the shipping address prior to ordering.

When an order is sent from Tabi Jet Sets, it is the responsibility of the carrier to make sure it arrives to the customer. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, and the package was not received because it was either lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier shown in your tracking information email to file a claim for compensation.  

Please note that Tabi Jet Sets is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the delivery service, thank you for understanding.

You will be notified via email if a package was returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us, delivery refusal by recipient or unclaimed mail. In the email, you will be given the option of providing the correct address to send the package again (please note that you will need to pay for shipping and handling) or request a refund of the cost of goods only.

At this time, we ship to all 50 states in the U.S. (not including U.S. territories and military addresses). However, we do hope to expand to other areas in the future!

Definitely, we know our Jet Sets are often unexpected by the recipient since they are gifts! We want to make sure recipients are not worried by receiving an unmarked or unexpected box. Our Jet Sets are shipped in recyclable corrugated boxes that include shipping tape with our logo on it.

Honestly, free shipping is never actually free. We prefer the trustworthy route and being totally transparent about our pricing. Therefore, shipping is an additional flat-rate cost based on the weight of your purchase (per shipping address).

Shipments less than 1 lb - $5.95
Shipments more than 1 lb - $10.95

Product & Jet Set Questions

Our standard boxes are 10”x8”x4”. It’s  the perfect size to fit in a large bookbag for gifting on the go! It’s a sturdy box that can be reused or recycled.

Every Jet Set is curated with high quality products that are useful for travelers. Each Jet set includes our gift packaging, a handwritten message personalized by you and a Tabi Jet Sets sticker.

 

FOR SURE! You can customize your own Jet Set at the “Build-a-Set" section on the website.

If you are looking to purchase in large quantities for a corporate event or wedding, please contact us. Our team will be happy to go over the details with you including, product selection, bulk pricing, and even branding customization.

We are always brainstorming ideas for new Jet Sets to elevate travel. Therefore, you will see different Jet Sets depending on timing. If you have a product you would love to see included, please let us know at hello@tabijetsets.com.

Never, we know our Jet Sets are purchased as gifts. We promise to never include a packing slip with any pricing!

Pricing & Returns

Of course, we love to offer discounts! We offer discount codes via email to our subscribers. Unfortunately, none of our codes are stackable (only one per order.)

We create our Jet Sets to be loved by everyone and take great care to ensure everything arrives safely to its final destination. 

Understandably, turbulence may unexpectedly occur along the way.  Since we're all about being there for when it does, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the shipment date for any unopened and unused purchases.
